Investment routes
Every citizenship application is different. The cost depends on your chosen route, the number of family members included and the complexity of your documentation.
Property Investment
Minimum property value (USD), plus government fees, valuation costs and legal charges. Property must be held for at least three years.
Bank Deposit
Deposit held for three years in a Turkish bank. No property purchase required.
5-Year Residency
No investment required, but you must hold a valid residence permit for the full five-year period.
