3. E-Ikamet Application
We complete the online e-Ikamet application for you, ensuring every field is filled in correctly. Mistakes at this stage are one of the most common reasons applications get delayed, so we double-check everything before submission.
4. Appointment Booking
Once your application is submitted, we monitor the system for available appointment slots at your nearest immigration office (Il Goc Idaresi). We book the earliest suitable date and confirm all the details with you.
5. Appointment Accompaniment
On the day, we accompany you to the immigration office. We handle communication with the officer, present your documents in the correct order and deal with any last-minute questions or requests. You will not need to worry about language barriers or unexpected surprises.
6. Permit Collection
After your appointment, we stay in touch until your permit card arrives by post. If there are any follow-up requests from the immigration office, we handle those too. We also remind you when your renewal date is approaching so you never overstay.
