Set up your Turkish company the right way

Turkey offers genuine opportunities for foreign entrepreneurs, but setting up a business here involves navigating a system that can feel opaque if you do not know how it works. Trade registry applications, notarised articles of association, tax office registrations and SGK (social security) enrolment all need to happen in the right order, and a mistake at any stage can cost you weeks.

We have helped business owners from across the world establish companies in Turkey. Whether you are opening a tourism company in Antalya, a tech startup in Istanbul or a trading firm in Izmir, our team handles the paperwork so you can focus on your business. We also assist with work permits through your new company, business bank accounts and introductions to English-speaking accountants and lawyers from our professional directory.

How It Works

How it works

We have structured our business registration process to get you operational as quickly as possible.

During the business planning consultation, we discuss your goals, industry, expected turnover and staffing plans. This determines the optimal company structure. An Ltd Sti suits most small to medium businesses, while an AS is better for companies that plan to raise investment or list publicly.

Once we agree on the structure, we prepare your articles of association and have them notarised. This document defines your company's purpose, share capital, management structure and registered address. We then submit your trade registry application to the local chamber of commerce.

After trade registry approval, we register your company with the tax office and obtain your corporate tax number. We then open your company bank account, deposit the required share capital and register you as an employer with SGK. If you need a work permit, we submit that application through your new company and handle all ministry correspondence.

Pricing

Service pricing

The cost of business registration depends on several factors:

  • Company type: An AS has higher notary fees and capital requirements than an Ltd Sti
  • Number of shareholders: Additional shareholders require extra documentation and notarisation
  • Work permit: If you need a work permit through the company, this adds a separate application and government fees
  • Registered address: If you do not have a physical office, we can arrange a registered virtual address

We provide a fixed-price quote covering the full registration process after your initial consultation. Government fees, notary charges and chamber of commerce dues are billed at cost with no markup. Contact us for a personalised quote.
