How it works
We keep the insurance process simple and transparent. Here is how we work.
We start with a needs assessment to understand your situation. Are you applying for a residence permit and need a compliant health policy? Do you own a car that needs both trafik and kasko cover? Have you just bought a property and need DASK? We work out exactly which policies you need and flag any you might not have considered.
Next, we gather quotes from multiple providers and present a clear comparison. We explain the differences in coverage, exclusions, hospital networks and excess amounts so you can make an informed choice. Once you have decided, we handle the application, payment and activation. Your policy documents are delivered in both Turkish and English.
If you ever need to make a claim, we are here to help. We liaise with the insurance company, help you gather the required documentation and follow up until the claim is resolved. At renewal time, we review your policies and switch providers if a better deal is available.
Pricing and typical costs
Our service fee depends on the type and number of policies you need.
- Health insurance: Basic residence permit compliant policies from around 3,000 TL per year; comprehensive private cover from 10,000 TL depending on age and coverage level
- Vehicle insurance: Compulsory trafik sigortasi from approximately 2,000 TL; kasko (comprehensive) varies by vehicle value and driver profile
- Property insurance: DASK earthquake cover from around 500 TL per year; supplementary home insurance from 1,000 TL depending on property value
- Travel insurance: Short-term policies from 200 TL; annual multi-trip cover available
